Bee Harris is committed to customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. If you would like to set up a return, please click here

We want you to get your order ASAP, so we move fast. Once an order has processed, it can’t be cancelled or changed unless the printing has not started.


We want to keep you in the know. As soon as we assign a shipping label to your order, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. If you are still concerned about the status of your order, please contact us directly here.

Not to worry, carriers and tracking information sometimes require a little extra patience. Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update. If it’s been over 48 hours without an update, we’ll investigate. Please contact us here. 

Due to COVID-19 there are shipping delays. In order to maintain the quality of our products and to provide a seamless shipping process, Bee Harris prints and apparel are fulfilled by an external facility. During the pandemic, this facility decreased their production volume to ensure that their employees remain safe and your products are sanitized with care.

Prints are now taking 3-5 business days to fulfill. Most prints ordered in June have already been shipped or delivered. Apparel and accessory items will be shipped separately. Many apparel and accessory items began fulfilling last week, but it will take a full 28 days to fulfill these items for some customers.

You will receive an email update with tracking information when your order has been fulfilled. Orders typically arrive 3-5 days after fulfillment, but due to COVID-19 delays might occur.

NOTE: USPS and UPS are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time, so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 5 business days for tracking to update once you have received a tracking email. You may contact your local USPS or mail carrier for updates in regards to regular mailing services.

Carriers and tracking information can be tricky. It’s not uncommon for a shipment to experience some delays or for a carrier to mark an order delivered and not have it arrive until the next day. We want you to receive your order too, so we’re sorry for any trouble this may cause. If your order still hasn’t arrived 48 hours after it was estimated and/or marked as delivered, please contact us here.
